ABOUT THE MOVEMENT STUDIO
sessions are geared specifically to each individual addressing strength, muscle & joint flexibility, breath, mobility and balance group classes are small, with levels designed to accommodate the mind-body fitness goals of the beginning, intermediate and advanced level client. the movement studio has ongoing relationships with physical therapists and chiropractors who regularly refer clients following their initial required therapy protocol. instructors are experienced with pre and post natal fitness. mothers to be can continue their sessions safely modified throughout their pregnancy and following birth with goals specific to their needs.
