SMALL GROUP MAT
Pilates Mat Classes focus on connecting the breath with physical movement, originating from the deep abdominal muscles and spine. This foundation principle is required throughout all the Pilates exercises. Each class develops from the previous one, enabling clients to further explore and fine-tune technique. More advanced exercises are gradually introduced. Max 4 people per group.
